What is your return/exchange policy?

At Coral Anchor ApparelĀ customer satisfaction is our priority. You have a 15-day window from receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Eligible items should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt. Initiate returns/exchanges by contacting us at coralanchor@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, with refunds processed within 3-5 days of receiving the item. Exchanges incur incoming shipping costs paid by the customer, while we cover outgoing shipping for replacements. For any inquiries, please reach out to coralanchor@gmail.com. Inspect your order upon receipt for damages or issues, and contact us promptly for resolution. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with a processing time determined by your bank or credit card company.
